Q- What brand of shirts do you print on?

A- Almost every piece of merchandise I produce will be printed on Gildan.

-Online Shop-

Q- What forms of payment do you accept?

A- Atrocious Works accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Q- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

A- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase
from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it
as your payment method. Although the checkout asks you to sign in or sign up,
scrolling to the bottom allows you to order with a credit/debit card. There’s
no need for an account!

Q- How secure is this store?

A- All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most
trusted payment gateways today. PayPal uses the highest level of
encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal
securely shares your order and delivery details with Atrocious Works, but does not share any
of your sensitive payment information.

Q- What is your exchange / return policy?

A- Returns will only be allowed if the product is defective or if you have
received the wrong item. If, for whatever reason, you accidentally ordered the wrong size please be sure to contact us via email.

Q- How long will delivery of my order take?

A- Every piece of merchandise is shipped out on Fridays.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-12 business days.
International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks,
depending upon the destination.

Q- How much does shipping cost?

A- Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and
type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired
products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click
update Your total.

Q- Do you ship internationally?

A- Yes. Atrocious Works ships to almost every country. To confirm whether
Atrocious Works delivers to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout to check if your country is available for selection.

Q- What shipping service do you use?

A- All orders are shipped via USPS.
